In December 2009, BIO expanded its Texas presence through the acquisition of Texas Services, Ltd. Texas Services is BIO's Houston based arbor department which consists of several ISA Certified Arborists.
Our full service arbor maintenance includes:
- Inspections by arborists to determine overall tree condition
- Preconstruction services including tree protection, tree removal and root pruning
- Pruning services according to tree needs and the International Society of Arboriculture pruning standards: Crown cleaning, crown thinning, crown raising, crown restoration, crown reduction
- Removal of underbrush and smaller trees using machinery that does minimal damage to the soil and root structures
- Design tree preservation plans for developers for new home construction
