Houston based BIO Landscape & Maintenance Inc. announced today, that it has become part
of the Yellowstone Landscape Group, one ofthe largest full service landscape providers in the United States. BIO’s leadership
team will retain significant ownership in Yellowstone and will lead the Company’s expansion throughout Texas.
