Stability - BIO Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. opened for business in May 1982. Our commitment to quality, focus on service, and fair pricing have resulted in rapid growth. Our company negotiated the recession of the 1980s to emerge as a financially secure and technically sound presence in the landscape industry. In recent years, our focus has been to maintain a reasonable growth rate in order to maintain our high standards of quality. Our management structure has evolved into five departments which now field over 300 people and 100 trucks.
Quality - All aspects of a successful company stem from the quality of the service that it provides. Regularly scheduled quality control visits assure that all aspects of our work are being handled properly. "Quality Checklists" are compiled on each construction project and "Inspection Reports" are completed and sent to the owner regularly.
Professionalism - Our standards of professionalism include uniformed and professionally trained employees, high quality trucks and equipment, and an emphasis on integrity and safety. Our industry recognizes professionals by granting licenses to signify specialization. The licenses held by employees of our company can be seen in their biographies and the list below. Membership in organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Houston Gulf Coast Irrigation Association also reflect our commitment to professionalism.
