		Dean Cale Vice President Maintenance Active in the landscape industry since 1981. Experienced in all phases of landscape and Irrigation Maintenance and Construction. AA University of Nevada, Reno (Horticulture) Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Rainbird Advanced Irrigation Design & Installation Certification. BIO team member since 2009.
		Richard Egan Vice President Sales & Marketing 16 years experience in landscape construction. Licensed Drain Layer by the City of Houston Texas Certified Landscape Professional #484 by the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association. Has worked on commercial landscape jobs of up to $3.2M, including over-structure projects and other specialized installations. BS in Environmental Design, University of Oklahoma.
